Flop is standard. Turn 3-bet is standard though a bit small. Turn fold is slim but good. NH, sir.

But why is some random dude minraising a draw? And if he's minraising it he's probably shoving it and we can't call.

[/ QUOTE ]
As for the why, I have no idea, but I see crap like this enough that I certainly don't rule it out.

As for him 4betting with that same draw, I just don't see it, but this is my second day playing $1/$2 in forever, so I dunno.

Before the BUSTO OMG posts start, I withdrew a ton, didn't play for like a month, and I'm rebuilding a bankroll. So [censored] off.

I don't get the 3-bet.

Seems like there are so many possible semi-bluffs as well as worse two pairs that can pay off, and that he probably rarely four bets with these hands.

But it's a minraise. I mean, he can really expect you to fold when you bet into such a tasty board? A semibluff just doesn't make sense to me unless it's some super-strong draw plus made hand already, in which case I expect a 4-bet.

Is your plan to b/f a blankish river?

Again, I don't claim to understand the logic.

Furthermore, I'm mostly targeting two pair hands, which I think make up a huge portion of his range.

Well, then you have to call the 4-bet, right? I mean raising so that worse 2 pairs fold just doesn't seem correct.

Edit: OK, wait a minute, maybe there's room here. 3-bet, hope for a call, bet/fold river? I can see it. Still not sure I'm thrilled with it though.

WTF at questioning flop 3-bet? His range def includes 78/8T and it often includes a flush draw or a pair + straight draw.

Only if I think he's 4betting with a worse two pair and/or a lot of semi-bluffs. Also, don't forget the money behind

You think they're gonna fold? I sure don't.

I expect them to call, and then call again on the river.
