Flopped set, bet and raise in front of me - max value?

BB is a bit fishy, he has tagish stats 23/16/2 but plays weird and a bit passive. MP (pfr) seems like a decent tag, 20/17/4, no solid reads or history though.

I figure that cold calling looks stronger than shoving, at least to MP, just shove it and represent a big draw or something?

I shove in these spots. Looks like you are making a move with a spade draw or 89 and I find you get called pretty light. If you've otherwise been playing solid poker both villains should know you never cold-call here with less than a set.
