Default rakeback on tourny fees at absolute?

I found a post from a while ago saying they didn't but were planning on changing the policy. Do you get rakeback for enrty fees or still not? thanks

Tourney fees count towards your rake. For example, a $10+$1 would count as $1 in rake.
