In CamStudio you have to know more about video compression and set up the codecs before you start recording so that it compresses the video on the fly. Otherwise, uncompressed video will be huuuuuuge.

Yes.. Camtasia is pretty simple and straight forward right "out of the box". If interested in making videos, check out this awesome 2p2 thread Everything you need to know for making a simple vid is in that thread.

goofy, did you use camtasia or camstudio? every time i try to make a video in camstudio it takes like 15 MB per minute of video I record, even after lowering all the settings and stuff.

anyone know any tricks to get their video sizes down? that number i just got was from making 1-minute sample videos of 2 tables.

[/ QUOTE ]

Just record a 45min vid with Xvid at like 80% quality, and then just zip it before uploading, will end up being big still like 250MB but whatever.

GoofyBaller/Ron, and whoever else:

I took the posted cards3.png from this thread and re-sized it to make the rest of the deck. I made the cards0, 1, 2 in my Oversized (XX) dimensions.

I did it to help a guy (in the FTP Mods Thread) who had apparently renamed a Waffle cards3.png (700x420) as Cards0.png, but didnt change the image dimensions.

I personally cant play with these cards at the smallest of table sizes. I find it too difficult to see the upper left index (even with my glasses on). I prefer my own decks, LDO.

I recorded a video an hour long using camtasia the other day and the rendering of the project when I went to create it into a WMV file literally took like 20 hours..... this obviously can't be normal, anyone know what the problem might have been?

Yeah, WMV sucks, I spent like 3-4 hours rendering this one in WMV and it generated an 8MB file that obv didn't work. AVI with the TSCC codec is pretty good, just remember to compress the audio using MP3 or else the file will be huuuuuge.

Hey I got a question about a hand.

In this hand you raised from EP w/ KJs to the pot size and then some NIT minraised you, why would you fold if you know he has a premium hand? He is giving you tremendous pot odds and implied odds because he is likely to stack off on many flops no?
