Need some megaupload help. Seems to be that whenever I try to download anything from there it only downloads the link or something other that's extremely small, meaning my download finishes ASAP without actually getting the video. I'm using Vista and firefox, help pweease.

Cliff notes: I download normally but it doesn't work.

I tried like 3 diff hosting sites but rapidshare was not one of them.

I'm at work and can't re-upload until I get home, if someone else that already has it wants to put it on rapidshare or whatever then go ahead and post the link here.

goofy, did you use camtasia or camstudio? every time i try to make a video in camstudio it takes like 15 MB per minute of video I record, even after lowering all the settings and stuff.

anyone know any tricks to get their video sizes down? that number i just got was from making 1-minute sample videos of 2 tables.

I made videos for personal use using CamStudio and saw similar sizes. 1 hour video was like 500-700MB. I switched to Camtasia and 1 hour now hovers around 100MB or so. I don't remember for sure but the final video might have been in different formats between the two programs which could be the cause. You can try to adjust the frame rate on CamStudio to decrease size but the video quality isn't nearly as good.

In CamStudio you have to know more about video compression and set up the codecs before you start recording so that it compresses the video on the fly. Otherwise, uncompressed video will be huuuuuuge.
