Default Food in New Orleans

Hi guys, I am going to New Orleans for a couple days.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best place to get the best creole food? I am going to get a mufalletta (sp at Central Market, and bananas foster at Brennan's. Any other suggestions? It doesn't have to be cheap, but if it is great!

Lunch at Martin's Winecellar on Baronne
Dinner at Jacque-Imo's, Uptown on Maple I think
If you want to go to Commander's, go for lunch, it's much cheaper

FEMA will give you 3 hots and a cot in a gym 30 miles away. I hear the creamed chipped beef on toast is a favorite.

Martin's on Magazine St. is open.
Jacques Imo's is open. We ate there last week. Great food. Yes, it's on Oak St. near the Maple Leaf bar.
Commander's is not open. They had serious damage.
Cafe Banc is open. It's a new restaurant on Burgundy. Good food.
