Makes sense. From my perspective, game selection is the thing you have going for you the most.

Table selection and emotional control. Those may be the only two reasons I've had any success at mid/high stakes, and the only reasons I may have success at higher games, i.e. 50/100+.

I honestly think that almost any reasonably intelligent person can beat this game if they want to. I happened to read a few books and also select tables well.

I honestly don't think i'm terribly succsessfull, just a Mr. Average.

I really genuinely like poker. I still like playing after hundreds of thousands of hands. I like learning about it, reading about it, and playing. After trying to help a number of my friends, I am positive this is why I have enjoyed so much success.

experience, studying, determination, game selection, not tilting.

I think determination is probably the biggest one for myself personally.
