beirut ruling
Frank picks up a ball to take a shot and notices the ball is severely dented. He sets the dented ball in an empty cup on the table and sends his partner to get a new ball from the bar. One of Frank's opponent's asks where Frank's partner is going. Frank picks up the dented ball to show the opponents and accidentally drops it in one of his cups.

Anytime a ball goes into a full cup, or a cup is spilled is a lost cup, no matter how or when it happened. Control your [censored].
