Default Could Lee Jones go to jail?

The question isn't really about Lee Jones, he's just an example.

Can an American citizen living abroad, working for a site that still serves Americans, be arrested? Is there even an answer to that question yet?

Forgive me if this has been discussed recently. I tried searching and didn't find much.

He currently lives in the Isle of Man. If he does something particularly bad they might bring back the practice of birching to punish him. So he better be careful.

The government hasn't went after pokersites. Poker is kind of a gray area.

Thus far they have only went after sports books that use telephone lines (or traveling buses that accepts wagers). These are more a slam dunk. Also they have always waited for people to arrive on U.S. soil.

I guess they could arrest someone like a Lee Jones, but I tend to doubt they would and they would have a big legal battle on their hands. Also what if they lost?

Why go after Lee Jones when Doyle Brunson (Doyle's Room) is right up the street?

I would personally put up my own money to help either Doyle or Lee get out fwiw.

Depends on who is running the justice dept. If Republicans are running the justice dept. they will arrest anyone for anything at anytime that is not approved by their religious mini-taliban leaders.

That's actually not entirely correct. We'd probably just bury him up to his neck and turn ravenous dogs loose to eat his head. In front of a soccer stadium full of people, of course. That's what we Taliban types do.
