The opponent stats are 36/0/1.22/ I'm puzzled as to what to do here.

Fold. TPGK is almost never good vs. a turn CRAI, especially against a somewhat passive opponent like this one.
It's probably a set or top 2p that flat-called the dry flop and then c-r once a draw appeared.

from what i've see c/c flop then crai at this level always has top pair beat. probably 44
