Boat is very unlikely, but flush or bluff are very likely.

The only other possibility is if he has A8 or something, but I think it is again way less likely.

Just call - this is a backdoor flush more often than not.

I played some with villain last night, and he didn't strike me as a blufftard, so I'd expect him to at least have trips here.
