I think this is standard as played.
You don't beat much and havn't got the odds to draw at a straight which might only give you a split pot (although I doubt villain has QK with turn bet size on rainbow board). Plus SB only has about $20 left behind him.

I would probably fold to the flop raise, you dont have the implied odds if you are behind, which you probably are
