Raise more pre flop, should have been .25 or so. 4XBB+1 per limper, your bets are really weak too, flop bet should have been around .40-.45. Reads would really help here.

Your river bet was the worst move though, this is just asking to be raised. Villain's bet was so small though I think you have to call, but I wouldn't expect to be ahead very often (esp considering this is full ring and you went to the flop MW) as this bet looks like it wants a call and I can't see what hand would make this bet that you beat. You only have to win 20% of the time here though so I think you have the odds to call.
