I am in real estate. Too early to say anything about it, excpet that the rates are going up like something else, up to 25% a year!!!!!

i have a 2 story condo in a 24 hour guarded community with a pool and everything (cable tv, phone etc) for about 400 bucks a month.

stuff is marginally expensive. gas is 4.5 bucks a gallon. booze is same as us. everything is just a tiny bit more expenisve than the US. girls are cheap though, you can get 2 for 120 for the whole night and they will ride you like magic mountain.

yea everyone is very nice. tourism brings money and allows them to survive and they know it. the guys will help you get laid and get drunk. Dominicans definitely have a nasty side though, they are very very proud, and cheating is absolutely lethal in this country.

the girls are nice as well, and yes most of them are gorgeous mulattos.
