Default Ritz Club/Poker in the Park

The Ritz Club was a Crypto site that used to have a regular £25 pay to play bonus like Will Hill. It stopped it and I stopped playing there apart from the occasional MTT.

Just after Frisk it announced it was transferring to new owners but still remaining Crypto.

I tried to log in a couple of weeks back and it made me update software. It is now branded as 'Poker on the Park' - my old user name and password no longer work..despite emails to support requesting either access or cash out I have had no response.

It's been a couple of weeks with me locked out.
I haven't got a lot of cash there (just under $300) but it's still pissing me off - anyone had any issues tranferring logins to the new site or is this just me?

I stopped playing there completely when they announced their new bonusprogram -that was an insult to all players

OP, they did the SAME thing to me. They ripped me off $200 and refuse to reply to my emails, they only sent me junk mail. Ritz club [censored] ripped me off, and this and the op's story should be a warning to anyone considering them, STAY AWAY.

I had heard it was UK Betting that was buying Ritz. Perhaps this might be an avenue for you guys to explore, if anyone can confirm this. I've found the CS at UK/Total Bet to be quite good.
