Default cbetting UI in 3bet pots

Trying to improve my play in 3-bet pots, there are spots where I am wondering if a cbet is spewing...

Villain is 24/12 over 300 hands. No reads and I have not 3-bet him earlier this session.

Texas Hold'em NL $2.00/$4.00
UTG ($489.01 in chips)
MP ($394.00 in chips)
CO ($557.10 in chips)
BTN ($309.54 in chips)
Hero ($672.50 in chips)
BB ($394.00 in chips)
Hero: Post SB $2.00
BB: Post BB $4.00
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Hero [9d 9h]
UTG: Fold
MP: Fold
CO: Raise $16.00
BTN: Fold
Hero: Raise $58.00
BB: Fold
CO: Call $44.00
*** FLOP *** [As Js 8s]
Hero: Bet $75.00

Do we always continuation bet this flop?

any ace and most pairs with a spade are going to shove on u. you can get alot of better hands to fold though so its not terrible i guess.

Hmm, I probably get a feel for the table, check if I feel like he's going to play perfectly because of my agro image.

How bad is it to c/f a lot of spots like this in reraised pots against relative unknowns? Reads and table image in these spots are obviously huge, but my general impression is that people are just never folding to a c-bet in a reraised pot.

I still c-bet 99 here a reasonable amount in just this kind of situation, and it will rarely produce a fold. Consequently I'm wondering if c-betting a lot here is spew, since you will so often get paid with top pair/set in reraised pots, and may as well just wait until you hit.

it's pretty bad to always c/f here since your play will become transparent.

I don't think you can really classify too many cbets in HU pots as "spewing."

-EV? maybe slightly. Spewing? Naw.
