I think Texans are improving, just not as quickly as the average team. lol. Everyone feels like their team is always improving, but if you aren't keeping up you are actually getting worse.

Like how every year in the draft every team thinks their draft was a "B". lol. The average should be "C" and there should be "F's" in there but nobody ever feels like their draft was an F. It's compounded because you really don't know how crappy your draft was for a few years. But at that point, nobody wants to talk about it, they just look forward.
