Sorry but I'm not sure you understood, I already have an existing account without rakeback at a particular ongame site, can I now go and sign up at another site within the ongame network and claim rakeback there, or will I be treated as an excisitng customer and therefor not be eligible?

Let's say you have an account at OngameSite A without rakeback

You can then sign up with OnGameSite B to get rakeback
