I was 99% sure he didn't have 34, so I knew my low was good.. I really considered check raising the turn. Who stacks the turn, and who folds/calls the river if not all in on the turn?

How is you low good? A four and any wheel card is better. Your high probably isnt good either. I fold.
And stacking off on the turn is a bad idea too. You are more likely to get scooped or 3/4th by him than you are to do it to him.
