2p2's take on buying/selling hands?

I can't find a market for hands, but I also can't seem to find a discussion about why there isn't one.

Is buying and selling hands looked down on by FTP or other rooms? Is it generally frowned on by 2p2ers?

I've seen people swap HHs, but I rarely see databases for sale.
