Default Help Me Maximize Summer Gains

Hey all just signed up for a summer membership at a gym while I'm home for the summer for college. Thought I'd ask for some advice and update some progress here.

About me:
20 years old
About 6'0, 170 lbs
I've always been athletic and play basketball 2-5 times a week for cardio especially during the summer
I started lifting about 1-2 years ago at college (entering Sr. year)

I try and do just a few target workouts for each muscle group which I could definetly add to. My goal is to gain muscle mass/definition and to work on my abs which are somewhat lacking. I try and eat well...I don't eat McDonalds and that crap but as I live in NYC I do occasionally have stuff like pizza and chinese food. The healthier stuff I eat is stuff like pasta and subs.

Basic workouts:
Chest: cable crossovers, bench(mostly incline), free weight flys
Biceps: curls, shoulder taps
Triceps: skullcrushers, rope
Also do shrugs, calfraises, and leg press. I hate doing abs which is probably why mine suck...what can you recommend to do for someone who hates them? I've tried using the ball, decline bench, etc.

Also, can people recommend supplements that wouldn't be too complicated to use/taste awful? I've heard about muscle milk and am interested. I've also heard about taking in whey protein.

Any advice appreciated!

Thanks
