Very true.

I think what I meant was how, often do you raise with 6 high, and get called in two spots and still rate to have the best hand.

I am getting really tired of watching 300/600 with sometimes a 1200 straddle. I want to see at least 600/1200 with a 2400 straddle (sometimes a 4800 double straddle). Cmon guys up the stakes already!

This episode sucked. If I want to watch people play any 2 for any pre-flop raise I can go to Commerce and see 150 tables of it. I thought Phil was in a tough spot with the nines against Sammys AK even given how many hands Sammy plays. This looked like a genuine read and Phil seemed really nervous when he moved in. I try to not hate Jamie Gold but calling a clock when there is over 200,000 in the middle is a prick thing to do.

I like how you could see a little of the dark side of poker when Sammy is obviously getting angry more because he is losing than because of the sweaters doing whatever they were doing behind him. The fact of the matter is that most degenerate gamblers are jerks and even more so when they are losing. I dont think for a second that Sammy is playing somebody elses money. I think it is a joke when Sammy implies that he is being staked. I think he is smart enough to know it is a joke because he is obviously pissing his money away this episode.

Remember this is edited. We don't know how long it really took but apparently it was 10 minutes (it was said and most players agreed Phil took too long)

Yeah, I yelled at my tv when that happened. There's $200,000 out there; Phil should be allowed ten freakin' minutes if he wants it. What a dick move.

Lol at rich people just randomly shoving hundreds of thousands in there with nothing.
Safais "Hey I have a plane to catch, lets flip for 150k" speech was hilarious.

Is Farha part of the 500k table?

If not who is?

***SPOILER ALERT***

In some edition of All-In magazine, they have a pic of the 500K buy-in table, and you can see Esfandiari, Farha, Benyamine, Antonius, Guy Laliberte, Jamie Gold, Doyle Brunson and Barry Greenstein. Maybe others will play as well? Not too sure.

p.s. There is ALOT of cash on the table. Should be good TV.
