River call 4th pair 100NL

ok i guess nobody likes this but he had K-high, I called and won. I think he does this sometimes with other straight draws too. He can easily have, say, J6s here because of his looseness, imo. I'd just fold against a thinking/decent player.

I can make calls like this on the right player right flop and right hand. However this odenst look like one, I honestly think you got lucky in this hand and thats why you posted it, if you think it was a standard call / a really good call you wouldnt have needed reassurance.
