i would make a note and move on, a 2p2 tag in my mind is a guy that is 3betting close to 100% here, so either you ran into a balancing attempt or hes actually tight/passive preflop.

You just caught the player in the wrong spot. (Or the wrong player) 80% of the time you'll be shown a worse King (or at least a tieing one) here. |

didnt catch the cc, very odd spot not to raise it.
i think you have more issues in creating a bluff raise on the river by betting 27 here. i think there is value in a larger bet. |
