Holy Cow!!! Keylogger detected.

Was using my pc as usual, all the sudden, internet stops, and all program stops, windows stops, so I restart my computer, and bam...ZA pop up a message saying a virus is detected, and it saids keylogger...

What should I do now?

First: Go to a computer you know is safe, and change all the passwords that you've used on your computer.

Second: Format your hard disk

third:Reinstall Windows and make sure you have a antivirus/firewall package of some kind and avoid downloading & running random things.

He already has Zone Alarm, which should offer good protection against this (if kept up to date). 707 - Does anyone else have physical access to your PC? Has your wife/girlfriend shown any signs that she suspected you of something?
