if he just calls turn, the i doubt he'd bet river, because i think his calling range on the turn is 9x .. he prob shoves JJ+ and folds his AK/AQ/KQ etc combos

if he just calls turn i prob VB the river, but it'd be pretty thin because if he's decent he may just call turn with JJ/QQ.

but him just calling the turn makes the river tricky..it's pretty situation dependent and varies between betting, c/c'ing, and c/f'ing

i agree w/ all of this except that a lot of players have a much narrower range for 3-barreling than 2nd barreling, so river can be a fold even after calling turn. i would fold turn vs this villain on this board though.

Fold the turn.

River isn't that good of a card really. Granted, its not an overcard, and it means we're ahead of 89, but that is a pretty small part of his range. I would 3-bet preflop, but as played, fold the turn.
