Table selection or awesome rakeback. What do you choose?
Hey!
If you were offered to get 70% rakeback (dealt method, so not a Prima rakeback) on a site with a great points shop but with the drawback that there are quite few players (about 6-8k at primetime) and the players are a bit tighter than at say Party. And got to choose between that site and Party with unmentionable, where the table selection is awesome and there are tons of weak players. What would be your choice? Do you think the table selection + a bit weaker players count up for about 130% more rakeback? |

Re: Table selection or awesome rakeback. What do you choose?
This shouldn't be hard to calculate from PT results. Filter for each site, check winrates and rake paid, and do the math. Your own data is likely more reliable than answers you'll get around here, esp since we can't quantify the difference in player quality.
Alternately, if your results show a near-tie, play at both. Cherry-pick the decent tables at the small site, fill in the rest of your desired number of tables at Party. |

Party sure is not a great place to play - why do you want to play there? it's tight! Certainly NOT a ton of weak players compared to a lot of sites. Party is internet average at best!
Unless you have 60,000 hands at each site you really can not do any real time analysis. Take the rakeback - the games at Party are not THAT great. There are MUCH looser sites that would make the choice easier. |

Re: Table selection or awesome rakeback. What do you choose?
Basically non-PT sites are 10% looser (on average) then the big sites. Sites with less bonuses AND not PT compatable are sweet and you can win up to 2BB/100 more then at the BIG sites (Party, Stars and so forth).
Well - Party does not count now because of the 4BB/100 MONSTER rake. |
