Why don't other poker sites start using e-checks like Stars does?

Just curious as to why the majority of other US poker sites don't follow in Pokerstars footsteps? Maybe they are and I just didn't realize it?

Is e-checks the same as something Stars use to offer called E-checks PStar Payments?

i tried to use E-checks today and PS said it was unavailable.

Won't work for me either, I thought I heard recently that it was in use again. I am tired of this 7 (business) day BS through ePassporte, any suggestions?
