Bluey is right, all you need is a vga cable and an audio cable. I do it all the time and the resolution is pretty decent. It should work really well for playing poker.

http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/p...p;sku=A0935758 this could help with the visual but for audio i use speakers from computer, i have a dell and 40 inch samsung.... hope this helps... oh and you plug said cables to computer and other end of said cable to your tv, pretty easy

use the vga cable...you might want to use a program like powerstrip to use a custom resolution (depending on what your lcd resolution is)

Don't care about the cash.

Easy solution, go to any computer shop and get a DVI (DSub) to VGA (Analog) converter for like 20 dollars, use a vga monitor cable to connect it (another 10 dollars probably if u dont have one).

Don't bother with HDMI connectors etc, its pointless when you only have an analog RGB output from the laptop.

Audio just get a normal stero cable with a single jack to connect to the laptop with 2 output connectors for left and right and plug it in.
