So I'm not sure what made me think of this, but probably the police thing in this thread.
Once when I was about 16 my buddy had a party and the cops had to come to break it up because moron strangers showed up and were causing ruckus. So the cops are out there talking to people and I walk out, and I have my hands behind my back. One of the officers looks at me demands to know what I have behind my back. I smile and say, "Well officer, in this hand I have... Tostitos." (and show the bag)  "And in my other hand, I have... salsa."  He didn't see the humour in it.
