Thanks, Fred for all the innovative programs at WSEX and especially your responsiveness to the posters on this site.

It is most unfortunate that many of the posters here are hypercritical.

Whether WSEX sinks or swims won't change the core basic fact that it offered the only +EV game in history to players while Aces never lose was going together with 100% rackback.

In return, they get kicked in the nuts by posters on this site. It has become tiresome.

If you can't handle only getting 75% back, plus +EV tournaments and Aces never lose, by all means please go pay the leading sites full rake, trolls.

The point you idiots have never gleaned is that you aren't customers at WSEX. Their actual paying customers are sportsbettors, and the poker room is a "lost leader" to distingush it from other sportsbooks and hopefully get some crossover business from poker to sportsbook.

Traffic numbers have been disappointing, yes. But those of you that are implying that its because of mismanagement ought to get you facts straight. 1. WSEX software is better than Full Tilt, and just behind stars. 2. WSEX cashouts are better than Full Tilt, a little behind Stars. Its customer service is light years ahead of Full Tilt, on par with Stars. Yet for more than a year they have basically been paying players to play there ---or at least priming the pump with $$$ and oh yeah THEY WEREN"T CHARGING YOU A DIME FOR ANY OF THIS. And o yeah, Stars and/or Full Tilt will offer a promo as valuable as aces never lose and 75 % rakeback WHEN PIGS FLY OUT OF MY ASS.

Sorry for the interruption. Please continue your whining, pissing, and moaning.

And I've got one more idea: Turn it back to 100% rakeback, but you've got to wager every penny of it in the sportsbook to clear the bonus.

My Tigers and Wolverines are going to be hot this fall.

I'n not against grinders, I wish there were 10,000 of them playing all the time.

My point was that Wpex seems to be swinging from 1 side to another and is unable to decide who it wants as it's core customer base.

To be honest I think my relationship with WPEX has come to an end, the last couple of comments in this thread show the true colours of the tossers WPEX is trying to attract as customers. I think I will go and check out Party where obnoxious and arrogant Yanks aren't welcome.

Well said, in fact for Europeans using Neteller, cashouts take less than 5 minutes if you request them at the right time of day. It will never cease to amaze me why this rakefree concept didn't totally change the face of on-line poker forever.

Thanks to Fred and WPEX for all the rakeback.

I have always made an effort to leave my roll on the site to allow WPEX to earn interest and minimise their transaction costs.

If only I could understand American odds format in their sportsbook!!

Yes, I work abroad quite a lot plus I'm married with 2 young children and I've just submitted a Masters' Thesis so I guess you could say I'm a casual player, after all I do need to sleep on occasion.. I reckon $75 is about 600+ hands per week. I havn't seen a full 5/10 table since the rakeback was cut to 75%.

What's your definition of casual?

[/ QUOTE ]

If you play night time on your side of the world, you are playing during peak wsex hours. During peak, there are four 5/10 games going pretty regularly. If not, you can always throw in a 3/6. I have not seen a change in that number this week.

If you 3-4 table, it would take you a little over an hour of play time to hit $75 (obviously longer now). I would consider 5-10 hours a week casual. So, even if you single table 5/10, it would take less than 5 hours a week to have hit $75 (half that time if Tchoockwoo is at your table).

suggestion for NL games, not necessarily a timebank, but maybe when someone is all-in just make it say 12 seconds before you time out rather than 5 seconds, eg, extra time.

It sucks when you bet the turn and get raised all in and you only have 3 or 4 seconds to decide whether to put all your chips in.

This is not true IMO. WSEX software has improved alot during the last year, but it is still behind the big sites.

What is the cashout situation on wpex? Are checks being issued? If so, what is the time table for receiving a check after cashing out?

Thanks for the help.

I received my courier check in about 10 days. The regular check took just under a month. Not too bad considering the climate here in the US.
