I'm curious as to what your concerns are. It is my understanding that the 2plus2 forums would be considered "interactive computer service," and according to 47 USC 2309(c)(1) "no provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider." In a claim against matchmaker.com for negligence and defamation regarding an individual's matchmaker post, the appellate court ruled accordingly that "congress intended that service providers such as Matchmaker be afforded immunity from suit."

From what I've read, it seems that 2p2 has a great deal of protection from any suits (negligence and defamation atleast) arising from information posted by a 2+2er. It seems to me that any ok you give a post would only increase your liability as you would be more closely linked to the provider of the information.

If there is something I'm missing, let me know.

Also, I thought something was wrong on mine too...but apparently I kept missing where it was telling me I formatted my cc expiration date incorrectly.
