Default PokerStars $10 -- How bad is my 2pair shove?

Villian has been pretty nitty(no pokertracker) but I seemed to overlook this fact. I was putting villian on AK for whats its worth.

Fold to the re-raise preflop?
Flop - C/C , C/F ETC..

Any and all advice appreciated?

Perfect. I would just raise flop to 2.5-3 instead of pushing, though.

Villain is shortstacked, shove over his flop bet isn't bad. On this flop you should be instashoving over this bet, doing anything else is horrible. LOL at check/folding on this flop

Fold preflop in a heartbeat vs. a nit.

Yeah, c/f. A nit raising has to have aces.

with his stack size after the flop bet, there should not be much of a problem taking it with two swipes

Why? There are no draws out there and we want villain AI. Is it not more likely that we get his money with a raise instead of a scary instashove?

What kind of raise are you planning on making that he won't already realize commits him to the pot and thus is just as scary as a shove?
What hand is villain calling a raise with that folds to a shove?
Anyways, pot is 3.5 and villain has 5$ behind, shoving is just a potsized raise anyways.

that weak lead was begging for a raise, but you've got to push him anyway.

edit: did he have a set?

All in on the flop seems too much, pot size would have commit him in the same manner I think.
