Ya that is the link.

Wow, that is the greatest thread I've ever read. Assani, I love you. EricW, take notes.

I looked up that book in my library's catalog and it doesn't seem to be there, though. Any ideas where I can find it? Do you have a copy you could loan me? I know a rare resource like this is probably valuable to you, but you seem to have mastered the techniques inside and I can provide a lot of references from people I've done transfers with and met that I'm trustworthy and will not grim your book.

I actually do not own any onslaught literature, as I have sold my entire book collection before my move to Vegas to save space. Sorry friend.

Pudge, I did do that when I first started posting a lot here. It was common over at FBGs and never a problem. Once people asked me to cool it, I made a clear effort to change, and I now often respond to many posters and many different points in just one post.

But you got banned from that forum.

Also, can you please answer goofy's question. I really want you to point to any information on the internet or otherwise about this historic onslaughter.

[/ QUOTE ]

I am not banned from that forum. I am actually close personal friends with site owner, David Dodds. Shoot him a PM on there if you don't believe me. My jwvdcw account was closed I believe because I started posting under "Assani Fisher" and they don't like multiple usernames.

Edited to add: And I already responded to his question, did I not?

Yeah, you answered it but I replied during your response and did not see it. That does not change the fact that you directed him to a fictional book. It's alright, there is no reason to continue pressing you on this subject. Whether it's trolling or some sociological experiment I think people should drop the onslaughts.

Well, what do you do to keep up with onslaughting? Is there some kind of community of onslaughters left? Are you the last person in the world carrying on what appears to have been a significant social and theoretical movement in 19th century Europe? I myself am fascinated by such things (I imagine a lot of 2+2ers are as well, hence our participation in this wonderful poker community) and am very interested in learning more about it.

EDIT: Perhaps we can start and "Ask Assani Fisher about onslaughting" thread and he can help educate us on the subject? That is, if he's willing to stoop to the level of us beginners.
