Wiring the money is the best option. I know the Aviation Club will accept wires.

If you don't want to/can't do that...my next best suggestion requires a bit of preparation. Call your bank and see if they exchange currencies. Have them put together 35K for you in 500 euro notes. When I had my local bank do this it took them about a week. Then get a money belt at a luggage store, and take it to Europe that way.

Default EWSOP

I haven't found a good way to get large sums to Europe. You get the worst exchange rate for exchanging cash from dollar to Euro. Also, European banks will only exchange so much $$$ for you, so if you bring dollars, then you may have to exchange the bulk of the $$$ at Aviation Club itself. I have no idea what their rate is. Wiring sounds best, if it's possible, but ask about exchange rates in whatever option you choose.

Also, Aviation Club runs only small NLHE games, last time I checked last July. I wouldn't hold my breath.

With respect to the EWSOP, anyone know if they run any live NLHE games at the casino during that time? And if so, the size of these games?

if you're going to exchange do it at the casino's. Whatever you buy they will give you back at the same rate. Not sure about the size of the games but from people I know who have been to the Concord the big action game there is PLO high. Everytime i've been to a tournament in Europe the hold'em side games have always been very small compared to the Omaha so i suggest you NLHE people diversify if you want to play big. Also people in europe don't really play limit and if they do it will probably be 7 card stud.

not really.

casino's and airport are the two places i feel the safest with alot of cash on me.

the cab rides are the only thing that would make me any bit nervous, but just dont talk about how much cash you have on you while you are in there.

First of all, NL cashgames is very rare in europe
Not sure about Paris, PLO is the game here
Second, dont U know any players from europe? Since we
dont pay taxes inside the european union on our pokerwinnings its very easy for U to transfer money via a
site and tell that person to bring cash
