I think it's actually value raising there, since BU has wide range and SB is fishy and calls w some crap, but calling is appropriate to. I raise there like 80% especially vs this villian and call 20% of the time.

i felt like i have the best hand since flop was standart and his range is wide and c/f or c/c turn seems kinda weak to me.
I thought if he raises me i'm beat and if he calls i can reevaluate river.

He's not betting that wide of range, with the flop being 3 way, the flop being what it is, and SB being pretty passive.
