I would suggest saving some money by not paying people on a message board to think of a solution for you...

That's a pretty good idea in my opinion. Do I win the $100?

I asked the seller to hold the note, told him my finances etc. and how I have other property, we were going to do this until somehow (no idea how) he found out I was a "professional gambler" and now he won't hold it [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

The smallest down I could get was 10% down...and the equity of 1 place pulled out would only do about half of that 10%....but I could do the 2% from seller...so as of this morning I was 3% short.

So I talked to another poker player, he offered to loan me the money, I made the offer (to the seller), and turns out another person just beat me to it (literally like 1 hour before me) [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Thanks for the suggestions though guys.

(at least I'm still buying 1 more place, slowly growing [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] )

I don't feel you need help "thinking outside the box". If this is that great of a deal......It will work itself out. Run with it and keep your motivation.
