Do you have any reads on anyone? If not I dont hate the way you played this. LEX could be calling flop with 345x and hit straight. I make a "feeler" bet on the river. You dont have a low on the turn and the only thing you are scared about on the river is LEX having 45 again. I think that there is a good chance that you are beating KEY. However, I dont think playing this hand as tight as you did is necessarily bad.
