Just a quick question on working with spadeeye, or sixthsense. Hopefully this isn't a dumb question...

Does this possibly get your program into trouble with, for example Stars? They already prohibit Sixth Sense (simply look at thier list of prohibited programs), and I would imagine they would do the same with Spadeeye if they were aware of it (they don't include it in either their prohibited programs nor programs they are okay with) because you're getting hands that you didn't participate in with it. Here's their wording...

In general, what kinds of programs are prohibited?

Any program that shares hole card data with other players or programs is colluding, and is prohibited.

Any program that works off of a central database of player profiles is prohibited.
Any program that plays without human intervention (a "bot") or reduces the requirement of a human playing. For instance, an "auto-folder" is prohibited.

Can you give me a list of programs which are prohibited?

As far as I know, Sixth Sense is now approved for Stars and both Sixth Sense and Spade Eye simply tell you who is at what tables and then use your own data to help in the table selection.

Sixth Sense is now Allowed by PokerStars. I have an email confirmation for this from their support people. I will email them again to remind them to move it to their approved list.

yes spadeye/sixth sense functionality is an absolute must otherwise I'll have to use pokertracker for that.

Question: I'm a little confused on the difference with TM and HM
As someone who used to play cash games but has moved to just playing MTT's and sats from now on...should i just buy TM or is HM worth it. I'm a bit of a software idiot so not even sure what I should be using it for short of reviewing a tourney HH and keeping track of my results etc
