3/6 Live Game Blind Hand
I am playing 3/6 live in a fishy game at Paris. I am in the blind with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
One call. Somewhat tight player calls. 5 other calls and straight vodka main who is Loose Aggro raises. I call for one additional bet. Somewhat tight, unimaginative player raises. All call. Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 checks, tight player bets. 4 calls and then I checkraise for pot equity value. Turn: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Check, I check, tight bets, 3 calls. I check, aggressor bets. Loose player calls. I fold. Thoughts on this line. River: No heart. 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] |

Re: 3/6 Live Game Blind Hand
Actually, I like the flop raise. Your play is standard.

Re: 3/6 Live Game Blind Hand
Folding the turn is standard?
I call the turn and lead the river if I hit. |

[ QUOTE ]
Turn: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Check, I check, tight bets, 3 calls. I check, aggressor bets. Loose player calls. I fold. [/ QUOTE ] I am confused... which is the turn action? And if you folded the turn for 1 or 2 bets, I don't like it. Haupt_234 |

Fold preflop.
Flop is good. Turn is bad. |

Re: 3/6 Live Game Blind Hand
Preflop - I would probably fold pick a better spot. With AxOS this can cause quite a few problems as the pot will be too large to fold much of anything if you get any part of the flop. You are also OOP for the rest of the hand.
Flop - I would probably bet out, maybe fold somes Ax, 6's, T's. Turn At least call the one bet, and possibly raise, with something like (can't quite figure it out) 11BBs in the pot and one back to you. You are getting 11 to 1 on a nut flush draw if you call. River - N/A Peace, Mygtar |

Re: 3/6 Live Game Blind Hand
I actually folded on the river. Somehow, when inserting the card suits - things got fouled up.
I would normally fold preflop in this situation, but I felt my postflop play is good enough to get out of much trouble. |

Re: 3/6 Live Game Blind Hand
The H factors - Haupt and Hielko are, IMO, right. You MUST see the river card for 1 bet. Your nut flush draw is a 5 to 1 shot and your pot covers that easily.

Re: 3/6 Live Game Blind Hand
Why are you folding the turn?
