i think sauce is good, spewtardy, and stubborn in game selection (tho i havent played 5/10 in a few months he did manage to play in a few live TS games shorthanded with Roman, Smokey, and ADZ, so old habits die hard)

which, when used in moderation, is what turns ssnl people into hsnl people over time
