Default pot odds

In determining pot odds do you count the opponents bet as part of the pot? Thx.

and when your re-raising, your call of his bet is part of the pot to.
i.e pot is $15. PFR CB's $12, Donkey calls $12 and you want to raise. you decide to raise to $37 which is what you can see out there,
your forgetting the new pot is (15+12+12+12)=51

so when you under reraise 25, more expect to get called by a lot of draws, just something you see people make mistakes with on sites with no pot bet button.
