Default loose raise river straight on 3flush

i raise 45cc from CO (is that bad?), guy who seems kinda dumb and laggy 3bets from SB, i call. flop is 723 with two diamonds. he bets, i raise (?) and he 3bets. turn is some random diamond rag, he bets i call. river is the ace of diamond, he checks, i bet, he raises, i...?

pf is burning money

u can fold on the end. he probably doesnt have a hadn he feels the need to bluff with on the river. ur basically hoping hes going insane with KQcc or is a retard with like a set or something

#2 pf it's a fold; on the flop it is only a call because u have no foldequity and it is most likely that u will face a 3 bet because he is oop and dont want to give a freecard; river then easy fold
