SpadeEye: Added support for PokerStars tableselection

I was never selling SpadeEye with a PokerStars support.
I only put the very first versions of my PokerStars support attempt into SpadeEye. But this was never working and caused only problems. So i made a complete rewrite of the scanningpart with regard to the PokerStars support.
The result is Telescope.
