Online poker is not illegal in the US, and any court case would obviously not be in a US jurisdiction.

I am looking through all of my graycat hands and although in my heart I believe he is cheating I think it is going to be tougher to prove than some of the other names we've thrown around. Graycat has played a lot of hands that look like he is just a dumb maniac.

i think greycat is just better at cover play. If they were smart they could have just given themselves a 20BB/100 winrate at NL and not be so obvious about it.

Yeah, reading these threads I think you guys are incredibly lucky that the cheaters are complete [censored] morons. Had they not been so blatant in their cheating they could have still won sick amounts while having everyone think they are just horrible players that were running good.

No, if they were really good, we would think they were really good players who were running good.

Basically I meant that it'd be infinitely valuable to be able to examine all of the hands he plays and wins without showdown, and all the folds he makes. Which AP support COULD EASILY do, except OH WAIT, their support is INCOMPETENT. The 100% proof that we're looking for falls on that -- until then, I can only be 95% confident (ie he's played many, many fishy hands already that are shown, plus, his PT stats are unheard of and truly unfathomable)
