Default new to omaha, please berate my play

WARNING LONG POST
I dont wanna spam the forums with tons of newbie questions/hands so it's all in one big post.

So tonight i tried out PLO for the first time and it didnt go so well... down 8 buyins in 280 hands . I didn't really know what i was doing and was too loose preflop and probably overvalued a bunch of hands and draws.

Anyone have any preflop suggestions on starting hands? Search kinda sucks. Should it pretty much be raise or fold? I do that for NLHE but preflop raises and c-bets didn't seem to be working as well in this game.

And here's a bunch of hands, please berate me:

1. i like your style, some might try to call and save $11 if pair came
2. iffy call, nice bluff try, bad call
3. good raise on flop, river bluff looks too bold in that spot
4. check river, bet is no win proposition there. common situation where you will only be called if losing. then you can call if you like 2:1
5. too aggressive with underwrap, especially as by now you are marked as too aggressive
6. he only has to have AK to beat you, fold
7. fold pre flop and at any other point
9. thin for preflop raise, you have to bet turn but his call should set alarm bells going, either 2 pair or straight. check and call river

Use twodimes or such to check yr equity on all these hands.

Hand 1.

You have 13 outs, you are a dog to top set random sidecards, but with the random all-in you may make some money. It's not bad - maybe you could check call - may encourage other limpers to call.

#2
Don't raise EP with this - it's a bit junky.
You have just an eight high flush; I think the flop call is OK. You have to fold to the turn CR irrespective of your read on the OP. You have zero pot odds if you are drawing dead - you can only beat a bluff.

#3
Flop & turn fine.
River: some weak tight players have a big prob. playing the nuts out of pos. in PLO. If you are new to PLO, try checking the river in these spots before you start value betting. Also, no need to go all in unless you a) know the OP has the same hand, b) think there's a good chance he'll fold, because C) you will often only be called by a better hand.

#4
Fold PF until you have played more hands. You will rarely hit the nuts and your flush draw is weak.
Otherwise same as #3.

On the river you are losing unless OP is idiot who thinks trip As are good.

#5
You played this really badly - you have gone all-in on a hand that isn't drawing to the nuts. You need a Q at least, preferably KQ, along with the T8, to justify an all-in.

#6
Don't raise this junk PF. River a clear fold.

#7

I have only read the first line of this hand, you are out of line, you should fold this crap - especially as you learn. Shoot, I can't go on anymore - please just post individual hands from now on - like everybody else.

Hand 1: I would have flat called the buttons raise and re-evaluated on the turn

Hand 2: Not a terrible pre-flop call but you need to flop hard. Fold on that flop, he most likely has Axxx with two spades

Hand 3: Check behing on the river but everything else seems fine

Hand 4: Fine but again I would have check behind on the river

Hand 5: You dont want to be going all in, you can call the raise but I would re-reraise all in

Hand 6: Just limp in pre-flop. Fold on the river

Hand 7: Dont raise pre-flop. Dont bet or call on the flop

#9: Just limping in is fine either way. Turn bet is fine, but you'd have to throw if he raises you, but that call is fishy. Check behind on the river (he may have 654x or something like that)

Hand 1. I wouldn't call with this hand preflop. Although you're probably not the favorite, you've got the right odds to go all in after the flop.

Hand 2. Again, I don't call before the flop. A hand like QJT7 is much stronger. After the flop I fold. If I call, I check the turn to keep the pot small. As played, fold to the checkraise - always. There's no way you have the best hand.

Hand 3. Again, fold preflop. High cards look good but the 2 is useless and you don't have any suits. Flop & turn played correctly. Check the river.

Hand 4. Played correctly up to the river - always check a straight when the board pairs!

Hand 5. I would fold to the raise. This is a lot different than the other wrap draws you've had. A lot of your outs aren't to the nuts, and you could be in really bad shape.

Hand 6. Reraise preflop usually means aces. River bet here probably means aces full. You can't even consider calling without at least the nut flush.

Hand 7. Only reason to raise preflop here is to buy yourself position & hopefully steal the blinds. Small pairs and small suited cards are very weak in omaha. Whether I call on the flop depends on the player.

Hand 8. This hand is worthy of a raise preflop. I would check the river.

1 - Fine by me. Isn't the best hand to call with OOP, but postflop is fine.

2 - Fold preflop. Fold to turn c/r. Flop call is ok. I don't think I'd bet the turn. I'm ok with giving a free card and keeping the pot small. It's unlikely he folds a higher flush.

3 - Standard. Hopefully he doesn't have T9.

4 - Fold to the c/r, other than that good.

5 - Again, weak hand out of position fold pf. This is where it gets you into trouble. You flop a draw, but its the crappy end and you end up getting your stack in. You're close to a coinflip against a bare set, but it's way more likely you're against a set+draw or draw better than yours with a pair.

6 - Fold river.

7 - Fold preflop so hard.

9 (you skipped 8 ) - You can raise preflop. I'd play it the same.
