You forgot that we only get half the pot against AK, and that his range is weighted towards the bigger hands after his river push.

Is that half of the pot thing meaningful when comparing raw equity (splits are counts as one point, and wins counts as 2 points and then compare those points between the players) against raw pot odds? I think it is not but correct me if I'm wrong. Indeed we could maybe weight the range a bit towards the better end when villain pushes on river. That makes QQ quite unlikely and AK a bit more unlikely so I think I'd fold in this situation.
