ub points not adding correctly?

hmm, if the hh's are screwed up, i could see the software incorrectly not recognizing you at the table unless you put money in pot. it definitely seems like you have to contribute to get credit right now though.

I just checked while playing 10NL that I only got points from hands where I contributed anything even SB to pot but no points without contributing.

and when is the update supposed to happen...I got the email saying there was an update...but no matter how many times I log in I get no pop up.

On my play last night, I got no points at all either unless I contributed to the pot. After 2 hours of play, where I would normally pick up about 200 points, I had made 40.

I sent them an email letting them know if this not a s/w problem and they are going to start figuring the points this way, then prepare to lose alot of players.

That has to be the biggest BS response I think I have ever seen. It seems that UB is saying what our players need is to stop taking so much of our money in bonuses. Its a shame because it had kinda become my home since I could actually clear bonuses there at a reasonable rate. Now It looks like it will take 5 times as long with a contributed points system.

So what is our read on this guys? Is UB saying:

1. Our software is f'ed up and we are looking at it
OR
2. We have changed the ultimate points to contributed (like our rake).

Hope it is 1.

Well, I got the latest update this morning - lobby is quite new. Yet STILL - The ultimatepoints are only given if contributed! (Was hoping the issue was with the "older" UB client.). Man this will REALLY suck.
