Default So I folded a full house (sorry Capt. Zeebo)

Live 1-2 NL game:

Villain is an aggressive player who likes to promote a maniac image but usually knows where he is in a hand. Villain has $1100, I have $200.

I have A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and just limp in the CO after 5 other players. Flop comes

6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Checked to me and I bet $10 into the $12 pot. EP and villain (two to my right) call. Turn is

7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Checked to me, I bet $25, only villain calls. River is

7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Villain goes all in saying "I'll put you all in." For the mathematically challenged, I'm being faced with 259:167 odds to call, or about 1.55 to 1.

If you call, please explain why. If you fold, same request. I'd like to hear what people's experiences have been in situations like this.

I doubt you are behind here much. I would expect to split or catch a missed straight draw.

I'm seeing a trend. Fair enough. Assume that villain is familiar with Capt. Zeebo's theorum*, or something similar to it. Does this change your answer, or is this an easy call?

* Zeebo's Theorum: People don't fold full houses.

Yeah I'd never fold this, literally only thing possible that beats you is the case 7 and I don't know if he'd play it this way.

er, QQ-AA? or am i just being a nit over the use of the word literally.

i don't think i'd fold this though op, it's really not enough of an overbet to consider dropping it.

You're also beat by pocket aces. You're probably not beat, but if he has AA or quad 7s he's played it perfectly. He's not making that move with a hand you can beat. Your either tied or he has you beat. I'd probably call and pay him off if I was beat.
