Default Backdoor Two Pair, unclear on river decision FTP$100nl

I got there on the river but I'm really not sure what the correct river action is. Comments on all streets are very welcome as I feel like this hand might have been butchered.

Reads:

Villain is 35vpip/14pfr/8.5total aggression/100 hands
I am running 28/20 with a 3.2 aggression factor.

Min-raise/fold imo.

Looks good.

Not sure about the flop, a bet is certainly reasonable, read-dependent there.

PF is poor. I too like the miniraise/fold idea. Flop can also be a bet sometimes too.

Eh, they're just deep enough and Villain is just loose enough for this to be OK I think, even for a nit like me.

I can understand how pf can be iffy. When he checked the flop warning bells of a check-raise that went off in my head. As played I decided to raise the river to $55. I was 3 bet small and paid off to see KQ. These types of hands make me want to puke inside when I review how badly I played it.
